COVID-19 Shipping Update

Due to COVID-19, orders are being delayed. Please allow up to three - five weeks for orders to ship out.

If you have not received tracking confirmation on your order within 21 days, please reach out to support@tiedyethreads.co so that we can assist you!

All customers are covered by our 30-day refund policy which extends to 30-days AFTER your order is delivered. 

At the moment, we are unable to offer International Shipping. Many shipping carriers in other countries have suspended their services temporarily.

If you placed an international order with us, it has most likely left our facility and is on the way to the destination country. These orders will take additional time to reach you. Please follow the tracking on your order for updates.
