I've made a mistake. Can I still make changes to my order?
Orders are submitted to production in 24 hours from the time the order was placed. All our products are custom hand-made and take a little time to create. Unfortunately, if your order has been submitted to production, we can no longer make any changes or cancel your order.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Do not worry! We will be happy to provide you with a return label to send the product/s back to us. (Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer return labels on International orders.)

- Your order number or any information that can help us pull up your order
- Details of the issue (e.g., incorrect item or defective item received)
- Pictures or videos of the item/s
Items that are delivered to you defective or incorrect may be exchanged for the same item only within 30 days from the day the package was delivered to you.
How do I return the item/s for exchange?
Our inventory sells quickly, please choose your items carefully and refer to the sizing chart under each individual item to assure that you order the correct size.
Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style.
You may return your order via USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other traceable method within 30 days from the day you received your order.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Unless the product was received damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for returning the item/s to us and the fee for shipping your order will be deducted from the refund.
If your order qualified for free shipping, we will issue a refund minus the cost we paid for shipping your products.
Please note that we only accept returns for orders within 30 days from the day the package was delivered to you and will only process your refund through the payment service that you had used.
Note: Before returning anything, please send an email to Customer Support Team and we’ll guide you through the process. Our Customer Support Team would require you to provide a photo or video of the product you received. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
